West Derby 2010
In Summer 2010, our TravelWise PTP initiative visited over 11,000 households in West Derby and parts of Tuebrook and Croxteth Park to offer free travel, advice, information and discounts as part of the TravelWise campaign to encourage sustainable travel via walking, cycling, public transport and car sharing.
The project ended in late September however you can still download a copy of our area guide to West Derby showing local bus routes & cycle routes here.
A copy of the final Evaluation Report is available to download below, as is the delivery report from JMP Consultants, who ran the project on behalf of Merseyside Transport Partnership.

Journey planning tool scoops national recognition

TravelWise, the Merseyside Transport Partnership's sustainable travel choices campaign, has won the coveted ‘ACT TravelWise Innovation of the Year Award' for its enterprising new journey planner. The tool was originally developed for leisure and tourism sector, but is now available for all Merseyside organisations!
