Walk4Life

Walk4Life is a national campaign to help people eat well, move more and live longer. You may have seen adverts on the tv or on billboards giving tips on how you and your family can eat more healthily or become more active.  There are lots of hints and tips on the website, click to find out more about Change4Life or to go straight to Walk4Life for walking ideas and freebies!

If you've got a favourite walk you'd like to share, or want to find a new one yourself then the Walk4Life website lets you do just that. You can mark a walk on a map for others to see, or search for a walk that challenges you to discover a new area.
