The latest evidence shows that you'll start feeling the benefits to your health when you're burning off 2000 calories a week which is 10,000 steps a day. Part of the St Helens ‘Get Yourself Lively Walking' scheme, managed and supported by the Health Improvement Team. The aim of the scheme is to promote the benefits of walking across St Helens through a programme of volunteer led health walks.
