The Merseyside Local Transport Plan partners are working hard to make walking around Merseyside easy and enjoyable. People in St Helens are being encouraged to get back on their bikes this year, thanks to a new scheme offering all residents free bike maintenance sessions and the opportunity to take part in a series of guided bike rides.
